In this role, you’ll oversee the full project lifecycle — from ordering materials to final invoicing — ensuring smooth execution, accurate documentation, and top-tier client satisfaction. You’ll work closely with the owner, production manager, and field crews to keep projects on track, compliant, and profitable. Key Responsibilities Order Materials: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of correct materials. Schedule Crews and field technicians: Assign and organize work crews based on skills, availability, and project needs. Create Work Orders: Generate accurate work orders for all trades using Acculynx. Pull Permits: Obtain necessary permits and ensure compliance with local building codes. Schedule Inspections: Coordinate and track inspections with relevant authorities. Invoice Customers: Prepare and send invoices through Acculynx; resolve any billing issues promptly. Client Communication: Provide regular updates, manage timelines, and address concerns. Project Documentation: Maintain accurate records in Acculynx, including client info, progress notes, and invoicing. Team Collaboration: Partner with management and field teams to troubleshoot and ensure smooth project flow. Estimating Support: Assist in preparing cost estimates when required.
