We are looking for a JR BA. Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in a BA Role. Proficiency in various software tools and technologies relevant to business analysis such as Miro, Jira, Azure DevOps. Knowledge of database concepts, SQL querying, and data modeling. Collaboration and teamwork skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, project managers, and business stakeholders. Ability to facilitate meetings, workshops, and interviews to elicit requirements and gather feedback. Capacity to translate technical information into non-technical language for business stakeholders and vice versa. Aptitude for gathering, synthesizing, and interpreting large amounts of data.
