Care Manager and Administrative Assistant Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to join our team as a Care Manager and Administrative Assistant. This exciting dual role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing client case management with supporting administrative tasks. In this position, you’ll be integral to the smooth running of the organization, overseeing client care while providing vital support to the COO in operational matters. If you’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and have a background in ABA or healthcare, we would love to meet you! Location: LATAM Schedule: Part-time. 9 am to 1 pm. Qualifications: A strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills A background in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) or healthcare is highly preferred Proficiency in English, both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Experience in an administrative or care management role is a plus Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment Technical Knowledge & Hard Skills: Experience with case management software or tools Proficient in using Microsoft Workspace: Outlook, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, including Word and Excel Knowledge of Hubstaff: Web and Desktop Apps, Hubstaff Tasks Familiar with Teams: Meetings, Categories, and Channels Main Tools to manage for this position: Microsoft Workspace: Outlook, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive Microsoft Office: Word, Excel Hubstaff: Web and Desktop Apps, Hubstaff Tasks Teams: Meetings, Categories, and Channels Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Adaptability and a positive attitude towards change Time management and prioritization skills Responsibilities: Manage and track client care files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information Provide administrative support to the COO, assisting with operational tasks Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments related to client management Support in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other necessary documentation Communicate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure effective coordination of services Competitive pay in US dollars, additional compensation for extra hours, opportunity to grow, and time-off flexibility.
