Position Overview As our Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for owning the full-cycle recruitment process for key positions across creative, account management, technical, and leadership roles. You will play a critical role in shaping the talent strategy, improving recruitment infrastructure, and ensuring we attract the best people to drive our mission forward. Key Responsibilities - Lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments, including marketing strategy, creative, sales, and operations - Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning across functions - Build and manage a pipeline of top-tier, passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and outbound sourcing strategies - Create compelling job descriptions and optimize job postings for performance - Oversee the interview process, ensuring it is structured, timely, and aligned with our cultural and performance standards - Conduct reference checks, negotiate offers, and manage the closing process with professionalism - Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source performance, etc.) and provide strategic recommendations - Champion employer branding initiatives and enhance our reputation as an industry-leading workplace - Support onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new hires Qualifications - 5–10+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused on hiring for marketing agencies, creative firms, or high-growth startups - Proven success hiring for diverse roles including digital marketers, copywriters, media buyers, sales reps, and leadership positions - Deep understanding of the marketing industry and the nuances of sourcing for creative, performance-based roles - Proficiency in ATS systems (e.g., Workable, Lever, Greenhouse) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter - Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you can influence hiring managers and close top-tier candidates - Highly organized, metrics-driven, and resourceful - Strategic thinker who can balance speed with quality Preferred But Not Required - Experience building or scaling recruiting operations - Background in marketing or a strong understanding of agency workflows - Previous work with global or remote teams Why Join Us? - Fast-growing company with ambitious goals - Collaborative, innovative, and fast-paced work environment - Opportunity to shape the future of our team and culture - Competitive pay + performance incentives - Flexible work setup and supportive leadership Job Type: Full-time Experience: - Recruitment : 5 years (Required) Language: - English (Required)
