Monthly Compensation: $800–$1,000 USD (paid weekly) Contract directly with a U.S.-based logistics service provider We’re looking for an Accountant (Data Entry) to support the accounting teams of our U.S.-based clients in the logistics industry. This is not a general data entry position — we need someone with hands-on accounting experience, particularly in billing and accounts receivable. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and have the drive to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to meet you. What You’ll Be Doing: Enter and process accounting data with accuracy and consistency Support invoicing, billing, and accounts receivable functions Assist in reconciliations and identifying discrepancies Help maintain clear and organized records for reporting and compliance Experience (Required): 2+ years in accounting roles, hands-on experience with accounts receivable and billing Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Experience working with logistics, freight, or transportation companies Education: Accounting degree is desirable but not required Location Requirement: Must live in Bogotá and be available for on-site work Hard Skills: Solid knowledge of accounting processes; high-speed, accurate data entry, accounts receivable and billing workflow, record organization and reporting Soft Skills: Reliable and detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to meet deadlines, adaptable and quick to learn, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Work with a growing international support team Gain direct exposure to U.S. accounting practices Stable Monday–Friday schedule with weekly pay Career development in a professional, structured environment Click “Apply” on LinkedIn and upload your resume in English .
