Make It Possible.** You will execute our import and export operations to ensure our goods arrive on time at the lowest landed cost while ensuring customs compliance with regulations. To excel in this role, you will work collaboratively with business partners to ensure effective management, timely solutions and execution. Externally, you will be responsible for the operational management of third-party logistics vendors, customs brokers, freight forwarders and other stakeholders needed to perform and deliver the requirements of this role. Additionally, you will be responsible for activities such as documentation preparation (invoice, packing list, bills of lading), customs management, track and trace, claims management, invoice billing management, compliance execution (HSE, quality, risk management), tenders support, and third-party performance management. **How you will contribute** You will: - Provide a high-level of service to the export intercompany shipments process conducted by direct reports and support to all functions involved in the process - Be responsible for export of intercompany shipments including SAP billing documents creation - Be responsible for other export documents preparation - all of types of certificates - Cooperate with external parties—for example customs agencies - Cooperate with the warehouse team and third-party logistics operators for shipment preparation **What you will bring** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: - Experience in outbound logistics or transport area - Practical knowledge of customs processes and documentation - Ability to interpret data - Communication skills written and oral - SAP experience - Microsoft Office (Excel skill: pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Sumif and etc. & PPT skill) - Ability to work under pressure **What you need to know about this position**: - This is a temporary position (12) Responsible for import logistic process, under international Colombian and Ecuatorian trade legislation and agreements in those countries. Ensure the process effectiveness, maximize the governmental benefits, and guarantee the service level and the best import cost **Tasks**: - Supervise the 4PL functions - Manage the supplier’s performance (Suppliers, Carriers, Custom Broker, Inland Transportation, Warehouse) in order to keep the required service level and costs - Control the LANDED costs. - Mesure the KPIs - Work together with Purchase Area for the development of local and regional BIDs looking for the best cost and logistics service. - Continuous improvement to reduce lead times, over costs and inefficiencies - Lead and develop projects focused in costs, times reduction and service level improvements - Ensure the maximum benefit of all the benefits offered by Government - Implement / support regional projects, transformation and productivity - Participate actively in public and private guilds complying with CGA guidelines - Bid Ocean Management - Attention to legal requirements **Education / Certifications**: - Professional in Administration, International Trade Engineering or related fields **Job specific requirements**: - Knowledge in Customs, International Trade Legislation, International transport & Logistic processes in con sumer goods or food industry companies. - Basic concepts about Accounting, - Intermediate English - Advanced Excel - Power BI: intermediate - Desirable knowledge in SAP **No Relocation support available**: **Business Unit Summary**: **WACAM is Mondelez International’s Latin America presence with 1,700 wonderful people proudly representing a diversity of cultures and nationalities.
