Sales and Marketing Coordinator Overview: InterGlobal Exhibits (IGE), a leader in the exhibit and display industry, is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our dynamic team as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to assist and perform all tasks related to our marketing and sales development. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and marketing efforts, contributing to the growth and success of our company. Responsibilities: Sales Support : - Perform data entry and database updates. - Verify and assign leads using VOZ ERP and Hubspot. - Assist in managing and organizing customer accounts. - Generate and update sales reports, providing insights for strategic decision-making. - Update client CRM continuously - Manage CRM of new and existing clients. Marketing Assistance: - Collaborate with marketing agencies to execute marketing campaigns across various channels. - Assist in the creation and updating of marketing materials. - Support the management of the social media content calendar. - Help maintain and update the IGE website (WordPress) with the latest content. - Use HubSpot to manage marketing campaigns and lead generation. - Provide support for copywriting tasks, including crafting product descriptions, email campaigns, and promotional materials. - Contribute to the development of engaging and informative blog posts to enhance IGE?s brand visibility and thought leadership. CRM and ERP Data Entry: - Accurately input leads, customer information, and other relevant data into CRM and ERP systems. - Assign leads to sales personnel. - Ensure data accuracy and completeness across all platforms. - Collaborate with the sales team to streamline processes and improve data integrity. Purchasing Assistance: - Support purchasing of IGE collateral, including business cards, apparel, photography, and other promotional items. - Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement. - Maintain accurate records of inventory and purchase orders to support efficient operations. Customer Relations: - Gather customer feedback through surveys and various communication channels. - Work with the Manager to ensure a positive and consistent customer experience. Administrative Tasks: - Maintain databases related to sales and marketing activities. - Perform general sales and marketing tasks to support daily operations. - Assist in scheduling and preparing for sales and marketing meetings. Additional Responsibilities: - Carry out additional duties to support the overall success of the sales and marketing team. Qualifications: - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools. - Experience using HubSpot for marketing automation and CRM. - Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems. - Experience with Google Drive for collaboration and document management. - Experience with WordPress for basic website content management.
