This role is the first point of contact for our company—responsible for delivering exceptional customer service over the phone, providing administrative support, and assisting with the coordination of property maintenance activities. As a key team member, you will support multiple departments including Leasing and Maintenance, ensuring efficient communication, documentation, and coordination of services related to our managed properties.
