Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to manage the importation of new models for Honda India Power Products Ltd. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with various government agencies. Responsibilities: - Apply for new model related documents and approvals from MIDA, MITI, Custom, and MOF. - Manage importation costs under inwards carriage. - Prepare and apply for new model approvals from MITI. - Apply for BSH full CKD/CBU approval from MITI. - Obtain online Approved Permit (AP) for BSH to import full CKD/CBU from MITI. - Apply for online tax exemption from MIDA for new models. - Renew or extend existing exemptions. - Distribute approved MIDA tax exemptions to local suppliers and agents. - Prepare and apply for Penilaian Harga for BSH CBU from custom. - Apply for B/G for items pending MIDA approval. - Submit related documents to custom for 3 months reporting on local and CKD parts. - Liaise and attend queries and issues with government departments (MOF/ MITI/ MIDA/ CUSTOM & others). - Liaise with internal sections on custom-related issues. - Liaise with agents. - Renew all licenses related to custom department. - Distribute import CKD/CBU billing invoices from forwarding agents. - E-file CKD/CBU billing invoices from forwarding agents. - Apply for CKD insurance – only for trucking from Thailand. - Issue E-PR for inwards carriage. - Apply for scrap selling/disposal to custom. - Apply for Excise Duty and reduction of Excise Duty. - Communicate with Gyoshu for documentation in ILP order preparation document. - Perform any other tasks assigned by superiors from time to time.
