Solar and Wind Power Lawyer Job Description This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Solar and Wind Power Lawyer. We are looking for an experienced lawyer with a strong background in renewable energy law, particularly in solar and wind power projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting legal matters related to project development and transactions, including risk control and evaluation. They will also assist in the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements, such as EPC Agreements, land options, leases, connection agreements, and PPAs. In addition, the candidate will accompany projects through financial close, requiring review and drafting of loan agreements, security agreements, and common terms agreements. They will also liaise with lenders' legal advisors and conduct research on local laws, regulations, and policies related to the project. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of company law, investment law, land law, construction law, civil and commercial law, and other related laws and regulations. They will also be able to study relevant laws and regulations related to the project and provide practical operations guidance. Key qualifications include strong legal experience in the renewable or power industry, excellent research and writing skills, and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts to senior managers.
