We are seeking an experienced Lead Java Developer to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of system design and lead hands-on development and architectural decisions. You will play a key role in guiding the technical direction, ensuring high-quality code, and implementing best practices. Additionally, you will mentor team members and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and successful delivery.
