Job Description As an Inside Sales Analyst at Rockwell Automation, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers succeed. You will report to the Team Leader, Inside Sales Team Leader, and will be responsible for: - Talking to customers internal and external - Main sales support, amplifying the availability of the external sales team - Resolving issues and making a difference - Gathering internal customer and process insights to help the external sales team rethink ways to work with internal and supportive areas - Collaborating and advising with account managers to accelerate business process and time-to-market - Influencing customer purchases through knowledge, expertise, and skills Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field - At least 3 years general experience and 1+ year experience in a sales environment - Proficient in Office Package, including Power BI, advanced Excel, SAP, and CRM as a user - Experience in B2B sales, specifically in manufacturing or software-related solutions - Knowledge of industrial automation business and related product and service offerings - Demonstrated leadership, creativity, influence, and experience discerning whether a prospect is a good fit for a product based on discovery conversations - Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects using digital/social media platforms What We Offer We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including mindfulness programs, volunteer paid time off, company volunteer and donation matching program, employee assistance program, personalized wellbeing programs, and on-demand digital course library for professional development.
