What You’ll Do Prospect and connect with senior tech leaders (CIOs, CTOs, CDOs) and (CMOs, IT founders, Marketing leaders) Write high-quality, personalized outbound messages via LinkedIn and email Use social content, comments, and thought leadership as part of your sales motion Book qualified meetings with decision-makers Track outreach, run experiments, and iterate on what’s working Work directly with the founders to refine ICP, outreach strategy, and messaging Have 2–5 years of B2B SDR or sales experience , preferably selling to U.S. companies Know how to navigate LinkedIn : comment, message, follow-up, build trust Understand how to pitch intangible offers like brand, positioning, or strategy Write clean, clear, and confident messages Are based in Latin America , fluent in English.
