The Senior Graphic Designer role sits within our Creative Studio team - a channel within our larger Marketing Americas team. We produce compelling, visual solutions which drive our key marketing objectives forward. You will work on multiple brands under the Flight Centre Travel Group umbrella for both Canada & the USA, as well as global initiatives. Key Qualifications: - Creative thinker who can translate verbal or written instructions into beautiful & compelling designs - Remains well-informed of current graphic trends and stays up-to-date with industry developments & tools - Ability to self-manage from brief to final asset delivery, on multiple projects simultaneously - Delivers concept presentations to internal clients - Skilled in print production prepress, file output management and photo manipulation - Can liaise with internal key stakeholders as well as external vendors - Adheres to project deadlines maintaining high-quality work and great customer service - Ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment - Highly detail-oriented and organized - Has a strong ability to present creative ideas while working within corporate brand guidelines - Experienced in an array of asset outputs: local store marketing collateral, web banners, digital ads, in-store graphics, event material, publications - Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to liaise with a global network of contacts - Thrives in a team environment and appreciates constructive feedback and learning opportunities - A strong problem solver who can offer solutions on the go Experience & Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of graphic design experience.
