Advise and manage the requirements or projects requested by users from the different areas related to Credit Cards, both with our credit card authorizer TSYS as well as with the other application teams related to this product, ensuring efficient integration and functionality. Coordinate annually with the Credit Card Product team the definition of the project roadmap that must be completed within the fiscal year, ensuring that the list has the corresponding financial approvals as well as the proper prioritization of deliveries. Also ensuring the timely inclusion and execution in the pipeline of any regulatory or mandatory project. Ensure that project delivery is completed according to the timeframes agreed upon in the roadmap, through regular sessions with both the TSYS supplier's project team with the brands and any other development team associated with the processing of the credit card product. Growth opportunities Diverse, dynamic, and multicultural environment Benefits for your financial and emotional well-being Competitive wages What do you need? 5+ years’ experience in a Java Developer role; 3+ years’ experience with Java SpringBoot / Spring Cloud / JPA Familiarity with Postman, REST, SOAP, SQL Server and DB2 is an asset Familiarity with cloud platform technologies is an asset Experience in SCRUM Agile teams is an asset 5 + years working in credit card project management Experience in managing and implementing tokenization projects Experience in managing relationships with external suppliers Strong understanding of Credit Card business, from technical and operative perspective Knowledge of the TS Prime system and its different integrations with BNS systems Strong Knowledge in agile processes including user stories, Scrum, Kanban, retrospectives, team planning and other related Agile techniques, shown through recent projects. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Result focus, resilience, flexible, resourceful, proactive, positive, can-do attitude, appetite for learning and face new challenges, accountable, take ownership and drive deliveries to closure. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, rapidly adapting and managing change and unknows circumstances, mitigate risk in timeline manner. Have a B1+ level of English , because you will work hand in hand with our headquarters in Canada.
