Job Description: Field Compliance Coordinator - Power Systems Note: Candidates must relocate to Saudi Arabia. We are seeking an experienced Field Compliance Coordinator to join our Power Systems Technical Support Department in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. This role involves ensuring safety and compliance in power systems operations. Responsibilities Review and analyze power systems short circuit studies and Arc Flash Analysis. Advise and support department staff to maintain a safe working environment, complying with safety regulations and standards. Identify hazards, conduct workplace surveys, and evaluate occupational health, safety, and environmental conditions. Conduct on-site inspections to audit physical conditions and safe work practices. Develop and implement hazard controls, and assess their effectiveness. Prepare safety orientations, training materials, and conduct safety and environmental training programs. Assist in new employee safety orientations and participate in safety committee meetings. Analyze injury and property damage data to recommend corrective actions. Ensure safety requirements are incorporated into purchasing and contracting processes. Recommend safety equipment and PPE purchases. Monitor adherence to safety and environmental programs among employees and contractors. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field. At least nine years of safety/operational experience, preferably in oil/gas or petrochemical industries, with knowledge of power distribution. Training or knowledge in power systems studies, including Arc Flash and short circuit analysis.
