Job Title: Renewable Energy Lawyer We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to support our renewable energy projects. About the Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting legal matters in project development and transactions, including risk control for investments in renewable projects. Key Responsibilities: - Supporting project teams with drafting contracts, negotiating terms, evaluating risks, and supervising construction. - Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, such as EPC Agreements, land options, leases, connection agreements, and PPAs. - Reviewing loan agreements, security agreements, and common terms agreements during financial close. - Researching local laws, regulations, and policies related to renewable energy projects. Requirements: 1. Strong legal experience in the renewable or power industry. 2. Excellent legal research and writing skills. 3. Ability to adapt to high-pressure work environments.
