We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to join our clients IT support team in the Health Care industry, in Bogota, Colombia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting Windows-based systems, experience with printers and help desk operations, and a solid understanding of networking fundamentals. Requirements: - Fluent communication in English (B2 level or Higher). - At least 2 years of technical support and troubleshooting skills on Windows PCs and basic Networking skills. - Experience with Printers and Help Desk Support. - Knowledge of various Operating Systems like Windows 10, 11 Pro. - Excellent problem-solving abilities. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - A degree or certification in Information Technology or a related field is a plus. - Availability to start working on the role by the end of August is a huge plus.
