In this fully remote role, you’ll own strategy, execution, and optimization across multiple client accounts—spanning Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube), and potentially other emerging platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with creative, data, and client-facing teams to deliver performance-driven campaigns that consistently move the needle. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone with 4+ years of experience running paid media campaigns at scale and a deep understanding of performance marketing in eCommerce. 🛠 What You’ll Do Develop and lead end-to-end paid media strategies across Meta and Google Ads Own campaign structure, budget allocation, audience segmentation, and creative testing Monitor performance daily and optimize for ROAS, CPA, LTV, MER, and other key metrics Conduct deep data analysis , generate actionable insights, and share findings with stakeholders Guide media buyers or junior team members and ensure execution aligns with strategy Stay ahead of trends across ad platforms, tracking technologies, and privacy updates Partner with account managers, creative strategists, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution ✅ What We’re Looking For 4+ years managing paid media campaigns (Meta and Google Ads a must) with proven results for eCommerce brands Strong strategic thinking and ability to scale performance while controlling efficiency metrics Deep knowledge of audience segmentation, funnel-based messaging , and creative iteration Experience managing multiple accounts and scaling spend from 5 to 6+ figures/month Fluent in performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, MER) and optimization levers Proficiency in Google Analytics, attribution modeling , and eComm platforms like Shopify Excellent communication and reporting skills in English 🌟 Bonus Points Experience working at or with a U.S.-based marketing agency Familiarity with Klaviyo, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads , or other performance platforms Understanding of landing page CRO , post-click optimization, or funnel strategies You've mentored or led junior media buyers 💰 What You’ll Get 💵 Competitive compensation based on experience and location 🕐 Flexible schedule and autonomy 🌍 100% remote (LATAM candidates only) 📈 Ownership of key accounts with budgets scaling to $500K+/mo 🧠 A seat at the table for creative and strategic decision-making 🔎 Why You Might Be a Fit ✅ You’ve managed multi-platform campaigns with a strong performance focus ✅ You’re analytical but creative—just as excited by a new hook as a new bid strategy ✅ You enjoy cross-functional collaboration with creative, CRO, and data teams ✅ You want to make a measurable impact and help eComm brands scale past $10M+
