Job Description "> We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead the development and growth of a category and channel. This individual will be responsible for owning the strategic vision and designing commercial growth plans to unlock and drive opportunities within traditional off-trade channels. The successful candidate will have a forward-looking vision to identify trends that move the brand and category strategy one step ahead of customer, shopper, and consumer needs. They will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure efficient channel and category development. "> Key Responsibilities: "> - Identify Insights and Channel-Category Trends: Consider the value chain, service models, shopper, customer, and category to ensure efficient channel and category development. - Develop Commercial Growth Plans: Translate drivers into 3Y-channel business plans, ensuring integration with shopper development and RGM drivers, resulting in a single, aligned commercial plan. - Identify Whitespaces Opportunities: Drive future growth in the channel by identifying opportunities in terms of DIAGEO's brands input into category plans (innovation, format, usage occasion). - Build Channel-Salesforce Facing Stories: Support brand initiatives through a category lens, leading the development and persuasive delivery of the Channel Planning and MacroPlanner. - Develop the Picture of Success: Ensure category and brand strategy execution based on sales drivers and sales ecosystems. - Prioritize and Align Objectives: Prioritize and align the picture of success and its objectives with the sales effectiveness team to ensure performance evaluation and reward systems. - Develop Growth Playbooks: Create playbooks (PDE and execution guidelines) by channel and segment. - Optimize Return on Investment: Ensure performance management (P&L; & return on investment) and optimize return on investment for the channel. - Lead Volume Implications: Lead and align volume implications to feed the S&OP; process in consensus with BU teams. - Build the Learning Agenda: Collect findings and develop more efficient future plans with CP&A; and Shopper teams. - Define Channel Segmentation: Define the correct segmentation of the channels in charge from a functional and potential perspective. "> Requirements "> Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering or related fields. Demonstrated ability in trade marketing and commercial roles in traditional channels. Strong understanding of distribution channels and go-to-market strategies and models. Experience in budget management and P&L; ownership and strategic planning. Knowledge and management of sales and financial performance indicators. Sophisticated proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
