Job Description: - Develop, analyze, and negotiate commercial agreements, including incentives, consulting, sponsorships, marketing initiatives, and technology service agreements. - Provide legal advice on relevant payment industry regulations in the Andean Region. - Draft, update, and develop template contracts. - Support Visa's business development initiatives in the Andean Region by providing legal advice and support. - Collaborate with the marketing team to revise terms and conditions and marketing material for commercial campaigns. - Offer general legal support and advice to Visa's business in connection with existing client relationships, business development activities, regulatory issues, and product launches. - Work with other members of the legal department and outside counsel to manage local claims and litigation matters and address legal issues in areas such as antitrust, privacy, and intellectual property. - Draft and coordinate corporate governance documents for Visa's local vehicles, including board and shareholder meeting minutes.
