As a **Dispatcher**,** **you will be responsible of optimizing the transportation of goods, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining efficient communication with drivers, clients, and internal teams. **Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**: - Call the carriers to confirm their location and ETA - Keep the load boards updated - Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and record significant information - Provide field units with information about orders, traffic, obstacles and requirements - Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information **Requirements**: **What would help you succeed**: - Believe and love what you do. - Excellent communication skills. - Multitasking and proactivity. - Goal and detail orientation. - Punctuality and sense of urgency. - Stable, reliable, and responsible. **Minimum requirements**: - **Studies**:High School Degree is **required**.
