Senior Brand Planner Position We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Planner to lead our brand positioning and digital communication processes. The ideal candidate will possess an analytical mindset, creative judgment, and the capacity to connect insights with strategic solutions. A profile that understands both brand construction and current social trends. - Develop comprehensive brand strategies across multiple channels. - Lead the definition of brand positioning, purpose, tone of voice, and narrative. - Create content and communication strategies for social media aligned with each brand's identity. - Conduct market research, trend analysis, and cultural mapping to inform strategic decisions. - Generate actionable insights to drive creative development. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creativity, accounts, data, content). - Present strategic proposals with clarity, structure, and business acumen. Essential Qualifications: - At least 4 years of experience as a brand planner in creative agencies, consultancies, or marketing departments. - Proven expertise in developing brand positioning and construction strategies. - Advanced knowledge of social media strategy and its applications. - Able to analyze qualitative and quantitative audience and context data. - Skill in structuring and presenting high-level strategic documents. - Degree in Advertising, Communication, Marketing, Branding, or related fields. Desirable Skills: - Experience working with regional or global brands. - Familiarity with research tools, social listening, and data analysis (e.g., Google Trends, GWI, Brandwatch). - Participation in rebranding, launch, or award-winning campaign projects.
