RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE -Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the front desk,ensuring efficient and courteous guest service. - Lead, train, andmotivate the front desk team to deliver exceptional service andmaintain high standards. - Handle guest check-ins and check-outs,ensuring accuracy and efficiency. - Address guest inquiries,requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. - Managereservations and ensure accurate room assignments. - Monitor andmaintain front desk standards and procedures, ensuring adherence tohotel policies. - Assist in managing front desk budgets andcontrolling costs. - Generate and analyze front desk reports,identifying areas for improvement. - Ensure the front desk area isclean, organized, and presentable at all times. - Handle cash andcredit transactions accurately and securely. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS- Proven experience as a Front Desk Agent or Supervisor in a 5-starhotel environment. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, andleadership skills. - Strong organizational and problem-solvingabilities. - Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) andMicrosoft Office Suite. - Ability to work under pressure and handlemultiple tasks simultaneously. - Fluency in English is essential;additional languages are a plus. - Strong knowledge of hoteloperations and customer service principles. - Previous Pre-Openingexperience is a plus.
