Objective: Ensure the best available route in SMS routing to maintain the quality and pricing standards that allow maximizing the company's margins. Key Responsibilities: - Execute SMS traffic routing in accordance with the organization's policies. - Support in monitoring and tracking bilateral agreements, adjusting routes accordingly. - Ensure updated routing and information debugging across different platforms. - Analyze and report on business opportunities or risk points identified in the performance of duties. - Control losses and profits to maintain the expected margin. - Provide routing solutions to internal clients. Position Requirements: - Professional degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. - Minimum of 3 years of experience working with data tools and information analysis. - Advanced Excel skills (data comparison and import). - Proficiency in handling information analysis tools (Power BI). - Good judgment for identifying and analyzing data. - Advanced English proficiency. - Have experience in the telecommunications business in the SMS area. - This is a hybrid role. The work-from-home schedule is from 4:00 AM to 1:00 PM, while office-based work will follow standard office hours.
