About the Job We are seeking a highly organized and technically skilled BIM Coordinator to oversee the coordination of our BIM models across multiple projects and disciplines. This role is essential to maintaining the quality, structure, and accuracy of our digital models. You will ensure that models are clash-free, compliant with our standards, and consistently up-to-date. As a global company, English proficiency is required due to frequent collaboration with U.S.-based teams. Key Responsibilities Manage the overall coordination of BIM models between disciplines. Perform clash detection and resolution using tools like Navisworks. Implement and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) for projects. Oversee model updates, file exchanges, and version control. Lead model coordination meetings with internal and external teams. Troubleshoot workflow and data exchange issues. Enforce BIM standards, naming conventions, and file protocols. Provide guidance and support to BIM modelers on best practices. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in BIM coordination or similar role. Advanced skills in Revit; experience with Navisworks for clash detection. Strong understanding of BIM standards and coordination workflows. Experience working with U.S. or Australian building codes is a plus. Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams. Proficient in English (spoken and written). Able to report onsite at our Bogota office.
