Agile Process Leadership: Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) to ensure effective team collaboration, adherence to Agile principles, and continuous improvement in delivery processes. Data Product Delivery: Oversee end-to-end delivery of data products, ensuring alignment with banking requirements, data quality standards, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, Basel III). Coordinate with Data Engineers to prioritize and deliver data pipelines, analytics platforms, and reporting solutions. Stakeholder Facilitation: Serve as the primary liaison between Data Engineering teams and international banking stakeholders, including business units, compliance teams, and senior leadership. Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and manage expectations through clear communication and status reporting. Impediment Removal: Proactively identify and resolve blockers to team progress, whether technical, process-related, or stakeholder-driven, to maintain delivery momentum. Team Empowerment: Coach and mentor Data Engineering teams to adopt Agile best practices, foster a culture of collaboration, and enhance technical and soft skills to improve delivery outcomes.. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile project management or Scrum Master roles, with at least 3 years focused on data-related projects (e.g., data engineering, data analytics, or data warehousing). Strong experience facilitating cross-functional teams and managing senior stakeholders in a global, matrixed organization. Hands-on experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps) and data engineering workflows (e.g., ETL processes, data pipelines, cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP). Have a B1+ level of English , because you will work hand in hand with our headquarters in Canada.
