To achieve this goal, we are seeking a skilled professional who will play a pivotal role in supporting regional business planning, ongoing planning activities, strategy development, and identifying new go-to-market strategies to grow our LATAM business organically. This position will report directly to the Area Leader, VP of Strategy and Planning, and will be responsible for managing the strategy team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the LATAM executive leadership team to develop long-term goals and short-term objectives, support regional business plans and initiatives, monitor competition, and report on progress and issues affecting productivity, profitability, and growth. The Sr Manager, Strategy & Planning, will be responsible for designing, facilitating, and managing the strategic planning process aligned with regional objectives. This includes conducting pre- and post-meeting work for planning sessions, assessing best practices, new business models, and techniques to improve planning, incorporating creativity into strategy formulation and execution, performing strategic analysis, gathering competitive intelligence, monitoring strategy, and predicting responses from competitors. The successful candidate will also lead primary and secondary research to inform market entry and expansion opportunities, translate insights into presentations for senior stakeholders, build relationships with product and industry experts to gather insights and develop go-to-market plans, and support business case development for new opportunities. This is a hybrid position, involving remote work and in-person work at an assigned office location for at least two days a week.
