**Responsibilities** - Manage the Information Technology department along with the computer and network systems. - Plan and organize IT and electronic data operations. - Manage the IT team by conducting effective recruitment drives where required, ensuring ongoing training and development, and conducting monthly or quarterly appraisals and personal development plans. - Design and develop the systems, policies, and procedures for the company in addition to implementing them and ensuring their coordination throughout the company. - Ensure compliance guidance is adhered regarding data, network access, and backup systems. - Consider user needs while ensuring system functionality and contribute to the organization’s goals and objectives, whilst always enforcing company policies. - Identify potential problems and develop strategic plans and resolutions in a timely manner. - Investigate, analyze, and audit systems in use and assess the outcomes of the investigations. - Effectively preserve assets, IT security, data security and control the structure. - Take responsibility for the annual budget, whilst justifying expenditure and controlling the annual spend, along with advising on cost-saving initiatives. **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, Technical Engineering or related field, or equivalent education and work experience - Demonstrated experience in a management or supervisory role - Good knowledge of technical management, with the ability to analyze information - In-depth knowledge of computer hardware and software systems - Expertise in IT management and data governance - Effective with time management and work prioritization - Able to work effectively under pressure to agreed time frames and deadlines - Good project management abilities with experience using project management software - Clear and concise written communication - Experience leading and delegating to a team - Excellent interpersonal skills Pay: From $1,350,000 per month **Language**: - English (required)
