Job summary We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Zoho and WordPress Automation Specialist with strong leadership skills to help us optimize and automate our business processes. Responsibilities - Lead the planning, development, and execution of automation strategies using Zoho and WordPress. - Evaluate current systems and recommend scalable solutions to improve process efficiency - Coordinate with internal departments to align technical solutions with business needs. - Create comprehensive technical documentation, process maps, SOPs, and user guides. - Provide leadership and support to team members in understanding systems and workflows. - Ensure clear, trackable integration across Zoho apps and third-party tools. - Maintain consistent reporting and analytics setup for performance monitoring. - Stay updated on Zoho platform updates, tools, and best practices Qualifications - 5+ years of experience working with Zoho One apps and system integrations. - Typing Proficiency: Minimum 60 WPM (typing test required). - Strong leadership and project management skills. - Proven ability to create clear, scalable, and user-friendly technical documentation. - Deep understanding of CRM workflows, automation logic, and business process mapping - Comfortable working across departments and communicating with non-technical team members. - Skilled in using WordPress in combination with CRM and marketing tools. - Familiar with data reporting, tracking, and analytics frameworks. - Proficiency in Zoho and WordPress, with a strong emphasis on Zoho CRM, Campaigns, Desk, Books, Mail is a must. - Availability to work during daytime hours in Eastern Timezone (ET).
