We are hiring a Backend .NET Engineer for our client! Our client is a global design and software development company headquartered in San Francisco. Key Responsibilities - Partner with clients to craft and deliver digital solutions that unlock new levels of business value - Drive the development of complex server-side applications, ensuring the highest quality of code and user experience, ensuring best practice is applied. Conduct code reviews and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Database management - Lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and high-performance backend architectures. - Develop and maintain comprehensive backend testing strategies to ensure the reliability and stability of applications. - Create and maintain detailed documentation for code, architecture, and development processes, ensure that best practice is applied. - Incorporate best practices into all stages of development, including secure coding, encryption, and vulnerability assessments. - Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure cohesive and efficient delivery of features. - Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, proactively integrating innovative solutions to enhance our backend capabilities. - Provide technical direction and guide Backend Engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
