The Role At Ridge, we offer Product Personalization on our wallets, keycases, pens, knives and rings for our customers to add text, monograms and photos to their products at time of purchase. Ridge is looking for a Product Personalization General Manager to oversee the development of product personalization projects, build out a reporting infrastructure and work with our fulfillment center to implement improvements to processes and expand functionality. This role will work closely across various departments and play a role in implementing long term strategy based on performance. Job Responsibilities: Manage the Customizer experience on our Shopify US storefront. This includes the customizer app, landing pages and personalization collection pages to ensure we are using all customizer functionality. Work with the Project Management team to build project plans to expand the footprint of personalization at Ridge, and to add in additional personalization options such as UV Printing on products. Work closely with our fulfillment center to manage inventory, clear any issues with order processing, and develop strategy to balance ecommerce orders with bulk personalization orders. Work closely with our Personalization Operations Assistant and Customer Experience team to improve upon the customer experience based on feedback and new product development This will include the development of internal team trainings. Control over inventory planning needs for personalization - there will be oversight with our inventory planning department, but you will be the point person for projecting out needs based on order volume and new product launches. Improve current reporting infrastructure to allow for data driven decisions for longer term projects of the department. Ideal Profile Qualifications + Experience 1 Year of experience working with Shopify. Order placements, app integrations and analytics reporting. Strong communication skills, this role will work cross departmentally with our product, ecomm, customer experience, wholesale and project management teams. 1 Year of experience minimum using Slack. 1 Year of experience working within Amazon Seller Central 1 Year of experience with a WMS system. Experience in Google Sheets for running reports and auditing invoices Experience using task management software such as Notion, Monday.com , Asana, Trello, etc. Working Hours of 8am-4pm Pacific Time (US).
