Customer Success Role We are seeking a dynamic professional to support our clients and ensure successful implementation of our solutions. About the Position This role involves supporting our Production Operations suite, which includes modules for field data capture, real-time production monitoring, and allocation engine management. Key Responsibilities 1. Provide technical and customer support via phone. 2. Train new users and share best practices. 3. Assist in onboarding new customers and transitioning them into advocates. 4. Contribute to process improvements for customer implementation. 5. Maintain documentation and manage relationships in the CRM. 6. Gather feedback for product development. 7. Participate in QA testing for new releases. Minimum Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university. 2. At least 3 years in the oil and gas industry, with knowledge of production allocation principles. 3. Experience with support, development, testing, or implementation of software products. 4. Preferred: 2-3 years in customer service and application support. 5. Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH, IF). 6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 8. Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Preferred Skills - Basic knowledge of SQL databases.
