Visual Communications Specialist Position We are seeking a creative and innovative Visual Communications Specialist to join our team in Pereira, Colombia. Main Responsibilities: - Create designs for marketing campaigns, internet platforms, print materials, and other promotional assets. - Utilize design software and tools to develop and alter graphic elements such as illustrations, icons, logos, and photographs. - Videography and animation skills are beneficial. - Produce concept sketches, storyboards, rough drafts, and mockups to visualize ideas. - Adapt and resize assets for various media platforms and formats. Necessary Qualifications: - Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience with a degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field. - Advanced English proficiency is preferred. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design tools. Familiarity with MS Office and Figma. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with other teams. - Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment. - Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines.
