Business Segment: Engage in a deep variety of business-critical activities that keep our company running efficiently. Responsibilities Position Purpose: This role involves providing end-user support, ensuring compliance and security of devices, enhancing end-user experience, and automating workflows across laptops, desktops and mobiles, for business and IT users within the organization and across all global offices. Primary Accountabilities/Responsibilities: End-to-end application packaging and distribution across Windows, macOS, iOS and Android incorporating best practices and guidance. Performing security patch management including workflow, processes, and procedures that adhere to security policies and standards for both operating system and applications under the Endpoint estate. Device management, configuration and troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, iOS and Android platforms within Microsoft Intune for MDM and MAM. Sharing results, status and action planning within the Endpoint Engineering team collaboratively. Provides support for identifying enhancements, defining requirements, and assisting leadership in the prioritizing, development, testing, and implementation. Performs regular monitoring of the Endpoint estate to ensure efficient operation and performance, utilizing Endpoint Analytics and other monitoring components within Admin 365. Collaborating in partnership with Enterprise IT teams to assist in building and maintaining self-service capabilities as well as support and escalations. Creates training and support documentation for the Service Desk, Desktop Support and End-Users, and internal support/guidance for the Endpoint Engineering team. Custom reporting within the Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS) stack as well as other sources (Armis, Rapid7) for use by the Endpoint Engineering team as well as other Enterprise IT teams. Escalates critical situations when problems can’t be resolved within established service criteria. Develops and completes work requests as assigned in a timely manner and provides courteous service delivery. Automates workflows and tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention. Undertakes additional systems administration duties and tasks as needed by the team. Assists with change management requests end-to-end for successful completion. Qualifications To land this role you will need: Evaluate critical systems, prioritize workflow, and determine solutions. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Interpret and apply laws, regulations, and policies. Read and comprehend technical manuals. Perform tasks efficiently using a computer for extended periods. Foster positive and collaborative working relationships with team members and supervisors. Adapt to flexible working hours, including occasional weekends and evenings, as needed. Exhibit a strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail. Remain composed and professional in high-pressure situations. Operate effectively in a team environment with both technical and non-technical team members. 2+ years of related experience in the Information Technology industry. 2+ years of experience managing a Microsoft Intune environment. Financial services industry experience preferred but not essential. Effectively manage time, make decisions, use independent judgment, establish priorities, and work on multiple initiatives concurrently in a dynamic, time-sensitive environment. Extensive knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems. Intermediate knowledge of iOS, Android and macOS operating systems. Intermediate knowledge on application packaging and distribution, including applying best practices. Ability to use PowerShell to script repeatable processes and workflows. Intermediate in reverse engineering/debugging techniques and toolsets (SysInternals suite, Procmon/ProcExp, WinDbg, Fiddler/Wireshark, browser developer tools). Application packaging and distribution best practices. Debugging/Reverse Engineering techniques. Enterprise Mobility + Security (EM+S) stack (Azure/Entra, Intune MDM/MAM, Windows AutoPilot, MS Graph). Intermediate experience with enterprise directory and directory integration services (AD, LDAP, ADFS, PKI). Entry/intermediate knowledge of infrastructure security and networking. ITIL Processes and Procedures. Education: University Graduate from an accredited university. Relevant certification in computer related fields. ITIL v3/v4 Foundation or higher preferred.
