About the Role We are looking for a dependable, punctual, and friendly Delivery Rider with their own motorcycle to join our logistics team. You will play a key role in delivering MundoPets products safely, quickly, and with excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities - Deliver orders across Medellín and surrounding areas in a safe and timely manner - Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules - Ensure top-notch customer service during each interaction - Double-check orders before departure to ensure accuracy - Maintain personal and vehicle presentation to company standards - Report route issues or delivery concerns promptly - Comply with traffic laws and internal logistics protocols What You Bring - Own motorcycle in good working condition with all documents up to date - Valid motorcycle driver's license (Category A2) - Previous delivery experience (minimum 6 months preferred) - Knowledge of major Medellín routes - Reliable, punctual, and customer-oriented - Smartphone with mobile data access for delivery apps and routing Preferred Qualifications - Experience delivering e-commerce products - Verifiable references from previous jobs - Familiarity with surrounding areas like Medellin,Envigado, Bellen, Laurels Why Join MundoPets?
