Job Type Regular | Category: Planning & Activation, Sales Job Description Principal responsibilities: Maximize conversion via superior POB execution: 30% Monitor and control the budget (Provisioned vs. executed) across channels Oversee legalizations Distribute and control resources Track supplier delivery dates Notify the sales force of material quantities and availability Promotion Management (Primary). Percentage of Time: 25% Create coding letters Communicate promotional offers: codes, prices, availability, letters Follow up on promotional programs and coordinate with partners Drive harmonization / efficiency. Percentage of Time: 25% Control and monitor the area budget Manage and optimize point-of-purchase materials Evaluate key programs Communication and KPI Tracking (Primary). Percentage of Time: 20% Provide necessary communication to the sales force to ensure successful implementation of activities across all channels Minimum requirements: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields Advanced English and Excel skills Minimum 2 years experience in Trade Marketing, TT or MT, or Sales Experience in trade marketing channels, mass consumption, or sales preferred Interest in the channel/customer Organizational agility, planning, perseverance, results-oriented, problem-solving, effective communication No relocation support available. #J-18808-Ljbffr
