We are looking to hire an IT Asset Management Analyst that will liaise with the IT Asset Management Lead and Global Procurement Team. This position will assist in the procurement, administration, and renewal of relevant software and necessary licensing that are pre-defined within company standards, subscriptions, and contract services that will help support improvements in processes, efficiencies, and enablement of teams. This position will also assist in the procurement, deployment, and administration of hardware and software and contract services that will help support improvements in processes, efficiencies, and enablement of teams. The primary responsibility will be lifecycle and capacity management of relevant software, licensing, equipment, and enterprise agreements to ensure clarity on ownership, availability, quality of service, and cost control as well as to ensure a standardized approach across all Convatec markets. Key responsibilities Periodic analysis of existing software and licensing of the company. Periodic analysis of existing equipment in the company, hardware replacement programs. Assist in the preparation of proposals for software optimization and its updating. Verify needs, authorizations, and initiate the procurement process. Assist with acquisition and timely renewal of software and equipment for the entire group of the company. Oversee inventory of computing devices and accessories, mobile & printing devices and accessories. Analysis of current software/SaaS usage. Support of software purchase contracts and communication with resellers and vendors. Support of mobile & printing purchase contracts and communication with resellers and vendors. Accounting for licenses, maintaining related documentation. Employee software licensing and elimination of licensing problems. Support drawing up plans for the purchase of software for planning the company's expenses. Tracking software contract renewal dates and initiating renewal processes. Track monthly device deployment schedule, returns, and repairs to mitigate the over issuance of equipment to employees or projects. Administering the assignment and deactivation of software licenses for individuals. Identifying and managing software contract consolidation opportunities. Assist drawing up plans for the purchase of equipment for planning the company's expenses. Tracking contract renewal dates and assist in initiating renewal processes. Update logs, prepare reports, and submit to IT Management. Key Requirements Experience in asset management related roles for 1 year. Experience in process, project admin related areas. Experience with service administration portals for assigning licenses and monitoring installed software. Experience in managing or maintaining printing services is a plus. Experience in managing or maintaining mobile services is a plus. Knowledge of software licensing principles, and differences for different countries. Knowledge of printing software licensing principles, and differences for different countries. Knowledge in licensing of major vendors (Microsoft, Autodesk, Atlassian, Adobe, etc.). Experience in IT asset management principles and practices, CMDB and CI control. Experience in auditing from vendors preferred. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of ITIL and Service Now. Good communication skills, both written and oral. Languages: English (fluent), Portuguese is an advantage. Mobile and Handheld Management. Printing Management.
