As part of this role, you will support sales teams by designing growth and operational strategies to maximize value for partners across 9 countries. "> Key Responsibilities - Apply growth strategies to increase order potential of small and medium-sized partners - Manage the collections cycle, including settlement, invoicing, and collections - Achieve targets for quality metrics - Identify process improvements and propose creative solutions - Implement growth campaigns and consult with partners to grow their businesses - Gather partner feedback and translate market needs into technical features - Design analytics sharing methods and standardize dashboards and templates for external presentation To succeed in this role, you will need 3-6 years of professional experience in analytical roles within tech or logistics, a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field, and fluency in a second language, either English or Portuguese. Additionally, you will require ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, analyze complex problems, and develop effective action plans. You must also be able to translate data into clear stories for external audiences and possess an entrepreneurial, proactive, and productive attitude.
