What are we looking for in you? We are seeking a highly motivated #PeopleExperienceSpecialist . - 2 years of experience in human resources, preferably with experience in an IT company. - Experience in all Human Resources/Management processes. - Experience giving training and/or virtual activities. - Knowledge of integrated management systems, with experience in implementing Human Management processes from scratch (ISO Standards). - Experience in onboarding, offboarding, performance evaluations, training, salary adjustments. - Ability to establish training plans. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Native Spanish speaker and English B1+.
