What you will do - Upgrade treasury processes and establishcontrols to mitigate risks by implementing a Treasury ManagementSystem, manage daily cash forecast and cash flows and improveforecast accuracy, implementing Colombian regulatory frameworks fortreasury and ensure its compliance. - Maintain a precise daily cashflow forecasting model that reaches at least 98% accuracy inpredicting inflows and outflows for the short-term (1 week to 2months), as accurate cash visibility is a must for decision makingin our business. - Successfully implement a Treasury ManagementSystem that integrats with NetSuite, automate key processes(including daily cash flow forecast, payment runs for supplies aswell as payroll)*and cash flow reporting, track compliance andprocess payments. This is a key requirement as the company evolvesto a regulated entity. - Improve treasury operations and systems bydesigning company policies and enforce treasury controls to ensure100% compliance with internal and regulatory standards. - Ensuretimely and accurate regulatory reporting with 100% compliance withColombian financial regulations and audit requirements (includingtheir integration within the TMS) and draft all relevant proceduresand manuals. As the processes currently are manual, must perform acomprehensive 360-degree review and propose improvements andchanges in processes, systems, and personnel. Requirements MustHaves: - Treasury expertise in regulated entities: - Minimum of 5years of treasury experience in a bank or regulated financialinstitution/fintech in Colombia. - Deep understanding of regulatoryrequirements, including cash flow controls, compliance andreporting, investment restrictions and essential processes. -Experience working with ERP platforms. - TMS knowledge: -Experience in managing a Treasury Management System within aregulated entity in Colombia. - Familiarity with integrating TMStools with accounting systems and ensuring seamless automation oftreasury functions. - Having implemented a TMS is a huge plus. -Cash flow management and forecasting: - Proven ability tobuild/manage detailed cash flow forecasting models. - Experienceanalyzing trends to optimize working capital and ensure adequateliquidity under varying scenarios. - Controls and risk management: - Experience in designing and/or enforcing internal controls tomanage risks within a regulated entity treasury. - Ability toidentify and mitigate operational inefficiencies and financialrisks through structured policies.
