Supports solution development and Technology/Architecture selection activities and assesses technical architecture. Provides specifications for physical components, hardware, and software. Required tasks to fulfill primary responsibility: - Guide teams from a hands-on technical approach with the development of code, integrations, data conversions, and other technical activities in the course of each given sprint. (.NET, C#, Javascript) - Provide peer review of development work completed by staff or contractors. - Update work items, raise blockers, and collaborate with scrum masters and contract staff. - Participate in Agile processes. - Create and write detailed technical features and user stories (enablers for technical roadmap). - Prioritize the Ecosystem feature/user story backlog. - Ensure compliance with digital accessibility regulations by prioritizing accessibility in design, development, and management of digital products, managing accessibility as a compliance concern, and supporting accessibility in development resources. - Work with scrum masters to stay within sprint goals. - Participate in scrum ceremonies, give and receive feedback, and surface areas for improvement.
