En Retorna estamos creciendo y buscamos un/a Tech Lead (hands -on) con fuerte experiencia técnica y capacidad para guiar técnicamente a un squad. Serás responsable de garantizar la calidad del delivery, participar activamente en decisiones de arquitectura y acompañar técnicamente a otros desarrolladores. Trabajarás de la mano con personas de producto, UX y otras áreas para construir soluciones escalables en el mundo fintech (B2B y B2C). Tareas Principales responsabilidades Liderar técnicamente un squad, guiando a otros devs en decisiones de implementación. Asegurar buenas prácticas de desarrollo: testing, revisiones de código, CI/CD, seguridad y monitoreo. Participar activamente en decisiones de arquitectura, escalabilidad y evolución del stack. Identificar mejoras técnicas, prevenir deuda y garantizar performance del sistema. Ser un puente entre el equipo de desarrollo y otras áreas técnicas de la empresa. Apoyar en la planificación técnica y estimaciones. Mentorear a desarrolladores menos experimentados. Colaborar con ingeniería, producto y diseño para traducir necesidades de negocio en soluciones técnicas. Requisitos Lo que buscamos en ti Sólida experiencia como Tech Lead, Senior Developer o similar. Experiencia trabajando en arquitectura escalable y sistemas distribuidos. Dominio de TypeScript, Node.js y servicios cloud (ideal AWS Serverless). Experiencia en diseño y desarrollo de APIs y microservicios. Familiaridad con CI/CD, testing, observabilidad y seguridad. Buena capacidad de comunicación técnica y colaboración. Inglés intermedio o superior.Deseable: experiencia en fintech, productos B2B o startups. Beneficios ¿Qué ofrecemos?
