Our Revenue Management team uses powerful tools—like PriceLabs and ChatGPT—to stay ahead of the market and deliver consistent results. We're now looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented team member to support them behind the scenes. Role Overview: We’re seeking a Revenue Operations & Data Assistant to support our Revenue Managers with onboarding and ongoing portfolio optimization. This is a data-heavy, back-office role—perfect for someone analytical, tech-savvy, and eager to grow within the short-term rental industry. What You’ll Do: Support onboarding of new properties by building: Competitive set analyses Seasonality profiles Pricing rules, discounts & premiums Use structured prompts in ChatGPT to process reports and generate outputs for tools like PriceLabs Upload and update pricing data weekly in PriceLabs across multiple listings Monitor and adjust ongoing pricing rules, discounts, and stay requirements Assist in maintaining organized data records and performance tracking What You Won’t Do: No guest or customer interaction No sales or direct owner communication What We’re Looking For: Strong personality fit: positive, driven, and reliable Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable working independently, figuring things out, and improving systems Hunger to grow: you're always looking to learn and improve—not just clock in and out Fluent English: you’ll be working with complex data and collaborating with our global team Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and working with formulas, sorting, and structured data Some understanding of Airbnb, vacation rentals, or the short-term rental space A background or strong interest in data, analytics, or operations Experience using tools like ChatGPT and PriceLabs is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Industries Outsourcing and Offshoring Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
