About the Role We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to support our internal operations in Colombia and the U.S. This person will play a key role in people operations, vendor management, HR compliance, payroll coordination, accounting close processes, and general office operations. You’ll collaborate closely with our Finance, People, and Business Analytics teams to ensure timely execution of critical workflows.
