About the job We’re seeking a Senior Account Executive focused on Government Accounts to lead our growth in the public sector in Colombia. Your mission: build deep relationships with government entities and deliver analytics solutions that support policy, digital transformation, and public value. As a Senior Account Executive you will: Own and grow a portfolio of public sector accounts. Develop account strategies to position SAS as a key partner for digital modernization. Engage with senior government officials and influence key decisions. Lead cross-functional teams to craft compelling proposals and RFP responses. Close complex, multi-stakeholder deals that bring value to the public. Promote trust, innovation, and compliance in every interaction. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in or selling to government institutions. Knowledge of public procurement processes and government dynamics. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Business, Engineering, or related fields. Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English. A self-starter who combines resilience, purpose, and results focus. Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
