As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing orders, shipments, and requests to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction. Main Responsibilities - Manage communication with clients via phone and email. - Monitor orders and shipments to ensure timely delivery. - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues. - Verify stock alignments. - Enter orders and update data in company systems. - Handle returns, complaints, and post-sale issues. - Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize customer experience and resolve interdepartmental issues. - Maintain documentation related to shipments and clients. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field. - At least 1 year of experience in customer service or logistics. - Good knowledge of main IT tools (Office Suite, shipping software). - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and proactive skills. - Problem-solving and customer-oriented mindset. - Ability to work in a team. - Intermediate knowledge of English (at least B1 level). - Experience in pharma and medical devices is a plus. - Knowledge of SAP (preferred).
