As a Senior IT Project Lead, you will oversee and manage complex IT projects from inception to completion or lead efforts on large programs. Your main responsibilities include planning, executing, and finalizing projects within strict deadlines and budgets. You will coordinate team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects as planned. You will also define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle. This role is hybrid in Bogotá. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Supporting program managers on strategic initiatives, including documentation, managing financials, and assessing program risks. Collaborating with the Global IT Team and the Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures IT Teams. Leading one or more project teams engaged in global initiatives across functional and regional organizations. Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. Developing comprehensive project plans and communication documents. Managing project budgets and resource allocations. Coordinating system access across teams. Engaging with internal and external stakeholders. Tracking project milestones and deliverables. Providing direction and support to project teams. Conducting post-project evaluations, customer satisfaction surveys, and preparing recommendation reports. Tracking program financials. Required Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor’s degree. Fluency in English. At least five years of experience in project and program management within IT. Experience with efficiency improvement processes. Experience communicating outcomes to Senior IT Leaders. Experience with medical device or pharmaceutical quality systems; certifications such as PMI, Prince2, or PROSCI are advantageous.
