The Sales Executive is responsible for proactively seeking out and closing new business to meet territory sales targets. This is done by maintaining a strong and consistent presence in the market and building relationships. This person should have corporate sales experience and know-how to negotiate and build relationships. This position is based in our office in Pereira, Colombia. Your responsibilities: Establish solid and trusting relationship with customers; Grow sales opportunities generated from marketing activities, market research, and networking; Drive revenue and market share growth while facilitating sell-through and ensuring effective conversion rate in a very competitive market; Prospect new accounts, generate interest, qualify, develop, and close new business; Work independently to meet and exceed revenue targets and goals assigned to the territory; Manage, track, and report on all activities and results to share with team members, stakeholders, and use in future case studies or company training; Qualifications & Competences: 2+ years of experience in business development, international sales, or key account management on B2B level; Business English is required, Portuguese is preferred; Experience managing a distribution network would be a strong asset; Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills; Multitasking and time management skills, ability to work under pressure; Self-motivation, a drive to succeed and an ability to work as part of a team required; Proactive self-starter with high-level of persistence and can-do attitude; Why Antelope: Corporate culture based on creativity, team spirit and revolutionary ideas; Work and learn in a team of highly skilled music and audio tech lovers; Become a part of the vast and challenging audio industry; This is a great position for ambitious, open-minded, and high-spirited professionals.
