You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for conducting consultations, gathering case information, and ensuring a smooth intake process. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to handle high call volumes, and a strong sense of professionalism and discretion. Key Responsibilities - Conduct consultations with potential clients via phone and online inquiries - Electronically sign up new clients and address their questions or concerns - Schedule initial clinic appointments for new clients - Review and process legal documents, emails, and calls from clients, law firms, and clinics - Perform data entry and documentation review for each case - Collaborate with other departments to support client cases - Redirect calls from insurance adjusters and medical providers appropriately - Provide front-desk support and assist walk-in clients when needed Skills & Qualifications - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment - Strong organizational and computer skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook, DocuSign) - Excellent client service and communication skills - Ability to remain calm and empathetic in difficult situations - Experience using standard office equipment - High attention to detail and discretion with sensitive information
